Education digitalization remains a significant challenge in Indonesia, particularly in regions with limited access. UNESCO data indicates that only 30% of teachers feel proficient in using technology for learning, while more than 40% of schools in underprivileged areas lack adequate digital infrastructure. This gap hinders the achievement of SDG 4 on quality education. This article examines a digital learning management assistance program through the Service Learning (SL) method in Bungo Regency, Jambi. The program involves fifth-semester PGMI students enrolled in the Digitalization of Learning course, who are placed in seven schools to assist teachers in using educational applications such as Esemblr.edu, Wordwall, and Quizizz. These students act as technology facilitators, helping teachers enhance their digital skills. The evaluation results show a 45% increase in teachers’ digital competencies, with over 80% of participants feeling more prepared and confident in integrating technology into their teaching. This program demonstrates that the SL model can serve as an effective solution to bridging the digital divide and strengthening collaboration between universities and communities. By replicating this model in various regions, higher education institutions can make a tangible contribution to accelerating educational digital transformation and achieving SDG 4 in Indonesia.
