Abstract

Here’s a more concise and structured version of the abstract in English:

Abstract:
This study aims to (1) identify the forms of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project implemented by teachers in Special Schools (SLB) in Banda Aceh City, and (2) explore the efforts of SLB teachers in implementing this project for students with special needs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques included observation and structured interviews with homeroom and caregiver teachers from TNCC Elementary and Junior High School. The findings reveal that (1) the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project for students with special needs is tailored to the themes set by the Ministry of Education and Culture, including Faith in God Almighty, Sustainable Lifestyle, Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Independence, Global Diversity, Technological Engineering, Mutual Cooperation, and Local Wisdom. (2) SLB teachers' efforts in implementing the project involve creating teaching modules, learning tools, teaching methods, selecting appropriate media, and determining project themes according to the conditions and characteristics of each student. This approach aligns with differentiated learning theory, where teachers adjust their teaching based on each student's unique needs, interests, and talents. This research can serve as a reference and comparative material for future studies and provide insights for further research on the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in inclusive schools.
