Abstract

Community service_This themed “ Development Competence Literacy with the Apprenticeship Model at the West Java Dispusida ". Activity This accomplished on Work with the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program FPBS Indonesian Education University with the Library and Archives Service West Java province. Problems resolved_through activity This is fulfillment competence literacy is a must especially for prospective teachers_as implementation of the MBKM Study Program for 6th semester students. Apprenticeship objectives This For give chance to students so they can develop himself moreover special increase hard skills as well soft skills so that more Ready For enter the world of work after graduating from college tall. 1-2 semester internship program, providing enough experience_to students, learning right on the spot work (experiential learning). During apprenticeship student will get hard skills (skills, complex problems solving, analytical skills, etc.) , as well as soft skills (ethics profession/work, communication, cooperation, etc.). Temporary industry get talent that if suitable later Can directly recruited, so_reduce cost recruitment and initial training/induction Existing students_know place Work the will more great in enter the world of work and career.
