Abstract

Sexual harassment is a social problem requiring preventive approaches that strengthen literacy, ethical awareness, and self-protection skills, particularly amid increasing digital interaction. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen the understanding of adolescents, teachers, lecturers, and community members regarding sexual harassment prevention through Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an educational medium integrated with Islamic values. The program was organized by IKMB Batam on June 22, 2026, and conducted online through Zoom Meeting, involving adolescents, teachers, lecturers, and members of the general community. The activity employed an interactive socialization approach involving material presentation, discussion, case illustrations, and AI-assisted examples and simulations related to sexual harassment. The educational materials addressed the recognition of sexual harassment, Islamic ethical principles in social interaction, digital literacy, and self-protection strategies. The results indicated that AI could serve as an alternative educational medium that supported more interactive and contextual delivery of preventive messages. Integrating Islamic values strengthened the moral dimension by emphasizing respect for human dignity, honor, modesty, responsibility, and self-protection. The activity also encouraged participants to recognize potential sexual harassment in both direct and digital interactions. Therefore, AI integrated with Islamic values has potential as an adaptive preventive educational medium for communities in the digital era.
